TDM-uitzondering
Het is verboden om tijdelijke dan wel permanente reproducties van auteursrechtelijk beschermde werken, alsmede van databanken, op/van onze website te maken ten behoeve van tekst- en datamining (TDM), waaronder mede verstaan reproducties gemaakt specifiek ten behoeve van de training van AI-modellen. Dit verbod is een voorbehoud als bedoeld in artikel 15o Auteurswet, artikel 4a sub b Databankenwet en artikel 4(3) CDSM-richtlijn.
It is prohibited to make temporary or permanent reproductions of copyright-protected works, as well as of databases, on or from our website for the purpose of text and data mining (TDM), including, but not limited to, reproductions made specifically for the training of AI models. This prohibition constitutes a reservation within the meaning of Article 15o of the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet), Article 4a(b) of the Dutch Database Act (Databankenwet), and Article 4(3) of the CDSM Directive.
